Raimund Sauter has studied Chemistry and Biology in Stuttgart and made his PhD there with a focus on photoacoustic spectroscopy. He joined the L.O.T.-Oriel team in 2007 and is responsible for the Quartz Crystal Microbalance with Dissipation Monitoring (QCM-D).
