Micromechanical tester FT-FS-1000
The micromechanical tester FT-FS-1000 is an OEM system designed to be integrated into existing measurement and handling systems for precise and sophisticated micromechanical testing. Typical applications include the recording of force versus deformation data (stress versus strain).
The micromechanical tester comprises three modules: the sensor head which allows the easy assembly of the force sensors, an adapter mount and a single-axis manipulation unit which features a built-in encoder that allows accurate positioning in the nanometer range.
