IR furnace for single crystal fabrication

 

The compact IR furnace uses the floating zone method for single crystal fabrication. This method has been shown to be extremely effective for a wide class of materials like oxides, metals, alloys,

semiconductors, optical crystals, etc.

 

Two IR lamps are focused on the precursor and can generate up to 2100°C with excellent stability.
